On an extraordinary landscape of unique wild beauty, where a Minoan settlement was situated, we will be visiting a paddock where you will have the chance to watch the procedure of traditional cheese making. Then you will be able to taste it along with the shepherd’s homemade raki.
Afterwards there will be a mini seminar on Cretan music and the traditional music instruments.
There will be following a traditional menu, full of the superb tastes of the Cretan land and plenty of homemade local wine, escorted by the enchanting sounds of the Cretan music on a private concert and the amazing view.
