During this tour you will learn everything about the history and science from grape growing to winemaking on Crete. We will visit the vineyards, the winery’s production line, the cellars, and we have also carefully selected side products of the grapes for you to try. In addition, we will try wines straight from the barrels, we‘ll make our own wine (depending on your flavor/taste preferences) and if there’s grapes available-you will have the chance to experience the traditional foot pressing right inside an Ancient Minoan wine press and taste the fresh grape juice on ice.
